EIS is a modular, cost-effective SAAS solution that is flexible and straightforward to deploy. It rapidly connects to the smart grid, as well as existing back-end systems, hardware, and third party applications to optimize energy usage across the value chain. EIS modules include:
- EIS OpCenter™, the command-and-control center of the platform, which allows energy providers to reduce demand through Demand Response, rate programs, baseline management, energy efficiency, and interactive customer communication.
- EIS Central™, the data infrastructure, logic processing, and analytics engine of the platform. EIS Central™ stores, serves, and responds to requests from customer portals HomeSMART™ and BusinessSMART™, and EIS OpCenter™, the utility interface that controls the EIS system. EIS Central also includes secure web services that enable integration with legacy back-end systems for customer, energy, and price information necessary for EIS functionality.

- RTO Automation™, a proven energy management tool from Calico Energy that facilitates the registration, settlement, and validation of Demand Response data for Utilities, RTOs, and Curtailment Service Providers (CSPs).
